Administrative fee and taxes are applied for the arrangement of JR Line (Shinkansen/Express) tickets.

The following handling fee applies per person one way

Fees collected by the JR Line (Shinkansen and Limited Express) Ticket Reservation Service comes to the following total amount

1. Ticket price (fares, express train fares (and green seat fees))
2. Administrative fee and taxes for ticket reservations

The amount displayed on the payment screen is the final amount. On the initial train selection screen, we display the amount ① as the JR line (Shinkansen/Express) ticket price.

When applying for JR line (Shinkansen/Express) tickets through this service, the procedure will be in the order of credit card payment → ticket issuance.

Since there is no grace period (provisional reservation period) from provisional reservation to payment of the fee, please make sure there are no mistakes in your input before applying.

As noted in the cancellation charge section above, please be aware that tickets once applied for cannot be refunded except at the station counter.

This JR line (Shinkansen/Express) ticket arrangement service allows you to apply for tickets for dates after the following at the earliest:

• Before 9:00 today: 2024/05/02～
• After 9:00 today: 2024/05/03～

When the departure date is too close, it may not be possible to process the application
