    佐世保土産と銘打つものが無いために、あまりメジャー路線には入ってきませんが、昔から続く名店の一つです。 和菓子店なので、伝統を重んじた技法が主流ではありますが、近年はまた新しい商品を発表し、佐世保土産にも入ってきています。 今後は、もっとロットが出せる商品が開発されると飛躍するかと思われます。
