They make and sell sweets using authentic French techniques including traditional sweets from the Alsace region of France, cakes made with fresh fruits, cream puff, macarons, and more. Their Tranches Jacques, a blend of caramel and pear mousse, has been a popular choice ever since the shop was first opened. The shop also features a cafe area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or black tea with your treat.

    福岡の人気パティスリーのひとつ。大濠公園駅から歩いてすぐなので立地も良い。店内はシックで落ち着いた雰囲気。本来であればイートインも出来る店なのだがコロナ禍のため現在は店内での飲食は休止中でした。店の看板スイーツは店名と同じジャック。甘さ控えめで見た目もシンプルかつ美しい品です。
