A popular food stand located in Chuo Ward in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture which serves a variety of items with a focus on teppanyaki—dishes prepared on a hot steel plate in front of customers. The stand is able to adjust portion sizes for those with smaller appetites and is famous for being easy for women to enjoy. With women comprising over half of the stand’s customers, it has an easy-going atmosphere which makes even tourists and strangers to the town on business trips feel welcome. The stand’s teppanyaki chicken, made with Hokkaido pedigree chicken sautéed to perfection with crisp skin, is particularly popular. Construction of this public park located in the center of Fukuoka began in 1986 and was completed in 1989. Forming a large forest together with Across Fukuoka, it is used as an oasis in the city by the people that come here to rest. The cherry blossom area that extends along the Yakuin Shinkawa River features 50 Somei-yoshino and Yama-zakura cherry trees, and this is a popular place for hanami cherry-blossom viewing parties as the trees form a tunnel of blossoms every year.

An izakaya (Japanese pub) located close to Tenjin. The restaurant's fresh fish are stocked early and are purchased from the Nagahama fish market at night before other vendors get a chance. Fish Man also offers a variety of unique menu items which seek to make the most of the flavors of their component ingredients, such as a niku-jaga (Japanese-style beef and potato stew) made with wagyu beef kalbi (rib meat) meat. This delicious dish uncharacteristically looks almost like a cake and has even been featured on television. The restaurant also offers a full selection of authentic sweets which are highly renowned for their deliciousness.

The restaurant's full menu includes sumotsu vinegared offal, horse liver sashimi, and more. 旅行で行った際に、近くで探してこちらにお伺いしました。時間も遅かったので、おすすめは品切れでした。もつ鍋を楽しみにしていましたが、スープは深みがあまり感じられないよーな…。次の日の仕込みを始めてましたが、たーくさんの化学調味料を使っている様をみて、こんなもんか…と。今どきの美味しいお店は使っているとは思いましたが、あんなに…（笑）次は化学調味料不使用のお店に行きたいと思います。

お店の屋号が変わり賛否両論というお店に変わりました。以前の店主、従業員はいません。この新しい店長と言うのが客商売に向いていない。無愛想で何人ものお客を断っていた。常連にはにこやかに話していたが初見の客には厳しい。気分悪くなって出てきた。
