    This is the Tenma branch of this pork offal shop. They specialize in rare roast pork giblets. In addition to premium stomach lining, diaphragm, hanging tender and heart, windpipe, inner jaw meat and other rare parts that only this store can acquire fill the menu. They also have yukhoe (raw pork seasoned with various spices and sauces) and hisashi (pork sashimi), which you can only make with fresh pork. One of their popular menu items is their famous offal stew with thoroughly simmered pork offal.

    焼肉屋さんです。おすすめはベルギービールです。ベルギービールのビアパブの老舗として有名店なんです。ベル・ビュークリークという赤いビールをいただきました。さくらんぼの香りのする、まるでカクテルのようなビールです。

    初めて食事をいただいたとき、こんな美味しい焼鳥があるんだーって感動した覚えがあります。 店内の雰囲気も良く、食事もおいしく、焼鳥以外の料理もとても美味しいです。

    大阪は梅田の細長い飲み屋街、阪急東通沿いにある店です。鶏料理の居酒屋なので、まずはビールにおまかせ5本の串焼き(650円)。焼き加減も大きさも上々です。飲み物を日本酒に替えたら、生つくね(500円)に鶏のお造り。隣のテーブルの釜飯もおいしそうでした。
