- This is a Japanese restaurant standing at the gate of Kozanji Temple. The spaciousness of the Japanese style seating on the floor is noteworthy. The back of the store faces the Kiyotaki River and guests can enjoy dining while looking out onto the beautiful scenery of the clear stream. Local specialties such as herring buckwheat noodles and Kitayama Tofu set meals are served. Depending on the season, there is also a limited menu using matsutake aromatic mushrooms, and guests can taste the dishes accompanied by the scenery of each season.

高山寺、神護寺など三寺を見物帰りにここで昼食。 清滝川べりに横長の座敷が３つ並んでいて、京都名物の川床となっている。 訪ねたのは11月27日。 紅葉も見ごろの最後の頃で、川床からの眺めは良かった。 頼んだのは鶏肉の陶板焼き定食、1800円。 味はごく平凡。 平日だったが、客はそれなりにいて、サービスに手間取った。

お店の前にバス停があり駐車場も広いので家族連れに人気の御店です。 奥には個室もあり小さい集会にも利用されていつも混んでいます。 美味しい割にお値段もリーズナブルなのも人気の一つです。甘味どころも丼も一人でもすき焼やお鍋もたのしめます。少し歩けば広沢の池、嵯峨野の自然があり，観光客の姿もみられます。

おばちゃんが一人でやってる素朴な茶店です。京風うどんがお値段お手頃で美味しいです。お庭に立派な枝垂れ桜があり、また楓の木もたくさんあるので、春も秋もいい眺めです。

神護寺に行く階段の途中にあった食事処ですが、帰りに昼食を摂るために立ち寄りました。入り口の雰囲気とは違い、広い場所に一部屋根付きのベンチなどがあり、落ち着いた雰囲気で食事ができました。サービスも観光地にしては、しっかりしており、十分楽しめました。参拝の折には、休憩も兼ねて立ち寄る価値は充分ある所です。
