    ６本盛り合わせのセットがお勧めです。 塩、わさびなどあっさりの胸肉やレバーなどはタレで大将お任せの食べ方がお勧め。焼き鳥に合う長野の地酒もお勧めです。長野と言えば、馬刺しですが、こちらでも全くクセのない美味しい馬刺しが頂けました。
