    鳥専門の居酒屋。特に辛さのレベルで調理してくれる「ハーハー揚げ」は手羽を挙げたものですが、それが風味調味料が多分使ってあると思います。ペッパーによる辛さ段階で揚げてくれます。

    戸狩温泉スキー場のペガサスゲレンデの下にあります。スキー場のすぐそばに（徒歩で２分もかからない）あるのに値段が普通の街のご飯屋さんと同じぐらいの値段でかつ美味しいです。
