- This cafe is adjacent to the Katsuyama Castle Museum on Prefectural Route 132 in Ino, Katsuyama City. It is operated by a dairy ranch in Heisenji-cho. The cafe serves homemade additive-free products including soft-serve ice cream, gelato, and puddings made with fresh Jersey milk;, organically-grown coffee, and more. Other offerings include their homemade creampuffs, which are made with brown eggs, as well as their crapes, a winter exclusive.

登録有形文化財たる駅舎の一角を利用してカフェが設けられています。電車の発車は30分間隔ですから、待ち時間に利用です。近時とんと見なくなった「水出しコーヒー」があり、躊躇なく選択しましたが、もう少し深煎りの豆を使わないと水出し特有のカカオ香が曳きだされません。

Fukui Areas
