The shop is only open on Saturdays and Sundays from April to November, and from December to March it only opens for advance reservations. The shop's breads are made with a homemade yeast, additive-free milk, eggs, sugar, and other organic ingredients, ensuring that even people with allergies can safely enjoy them. The chewy Heidi's white bread is particularly popular.

    羽村のスーパーアルプスの入り口すぐ。ピザからカツサンドからのお惣菜系やかわいいパンも買いやすくきれいに陳列されています。再起委はパンもフードを使って衛生的！。会計もセルフ会計になっていたり進化しています。広くないお店ですが、色々工夫もあるお店と思います。

    青梅市の山の中にある、石窯焼きのパン屋さんです。曜日限定のお店にはなります。こちらの黒ごまのパウンドケーキをいただきましたが、今までに食べたことのない美味しさでハマりそうです。パウンドケーキは他にバナナやあんず、ニンジンなどありました。サイズは2種類。また、違う味を買いに行きたいと思います。
