    Tokyo Shibuya-ku Jinnan 1-15-12 Sato Building 2F
A ramen cafe based on the concept of healthy ramen where you can eat both ramen and cafe-style sweets. Kugatsu-do's signature ramen broth is made without any chemical seasonings and is rich in savory umami flavor provided by healthy, natural ingredients. Choose between assari (light) ramen, a shoyu (soy sauce)-based ramen with a rich seafood flavor; and hearty kotteri (thick) ramen flavored with a chicken and vegetable-based stock. Kugatsu-do's lineup of sweets, not too sweet and created with an emphasis on quality and healthy ingredients, were selected based on how well they go with ramen. The popular sakura dessert features a rich matcha green tea mouse topped by ice cream with colorful cherry tree blossoms mix in; people love the bitterness of the matcha and the smooth texture.

  • Yamate Ramen
    Gourmet / Alcohol
    Tokyo Shibuya-ku Tomigaya 2-21-7 Shibuya Palace 101
"A ramen restaurant located close to the rear gate of the University of Tokyo's Komaba Campus. The restaurant serves ramen made with a rich and flavorful Yamate-style broth crafted from pork and chicken bones, kombu kelp, green onions, and shiitake mushrooms. The restaurant's signature Yuki Ramen is sprinkled with fine droplets of savory pork back fat like snow (yuki in Japanese). In spite of this, it has a clean, light feel that is not greasy. Other selections from the expansive menu include the Midori Ramen (""Green Ramen"") developed in conjunction with microalgae company Euglena Co., Ltd.; and tsukemen dipping noodles, and you're sure to find a bowl which appeals to your tastes."

Tokyo Areas

around-area-map

The setting of countless iconic movie scenes and the inspiration for songs, poetry, and literature worldwide, Tokyo barely requires an introduction. It’s hard for the kaleidoscopic neon lights, wacky pop culture, and some of the world’s tallest structures not to instill excitement in any first-time visitor to Tokyo, whether you’re in the very center of the hustle and bustle in Shinjuku or Shibuya or looking in from the quieter suburbs.
