    A roadside station situated along the Fukaya By-pass in Oka, Fukaya City. Facilities include a farm fresh center selling local agricultural products such as Fukaya Welsh onions, other vegetables picked that very morning, and flowers; and a local specialty products center selling over 200 varieties of pickles, foods made with Fukaya Welsh onions, local liquors, popular local confections, and gelato. In addition, there's a restaurant which serves soba noodles delivered direct from Nagano as well as local dishes such as hot ni-boto and cold hiyajiru udon soups made with local vegetables and udon noodles; and a shop which sells Welsh onion and miso musubi and other musubi rice balls.

    農産物直売所がリニューアルしていました。 広くなり商品も増えていて家で食べたい物お土産など選べます。 めぬぱるは広くはありませんが一階でお土産、吟ぎん寿司は大人気です。 二階のさらだ館でも大きないなり寿司は食べることができます。 日本女性第一号資料ギャラリーは30のパネルで紹介されています。 めぬまアグリパークは薔薇の開花最期咲き乱れていました

    それほど広くないですが、カレーが色々とありどれもおいしそうでした。パン屋さんや、カレーをちょっとずついただき、どれも満足、おしゃれな道の駅です。
