    A restaurant that was founded at the start of the Edo period. Gaze out at the garden, preserved as it was with stone lanterns called “yukimi-dourou”, decorative red stones, and stone steps to leave your sandals on as you enjoy traditional local cuisine that can be hard to find anywhere else these days. Relax in the peace and nostalgia of the history and as you enjoy meals made with seasonal ingredients and seafood fresh from the local river including catfish and eel.

    お客様とのビジネスランチで訪問しました。 名物のナマズの天ぷらと揚げ物、鰻重をいただきました。写真を撮りたかったのですが、仕事中のため遠慮しました。 ナマズは珍しいですが、味は今ひとつ。鰻重も脂のノリは良くなかったです。 また中居さんも愛想が良くなく、あまりお勧めできません。

    A senbei cracker store that first opened in 1901. Their crackers are hand-made using traditional techniques from carefully selected rice from the Nigohan region. The rice is ground inhouse before being steamed, grilled, and seasoned resulting in their beloved original flavor. Their senbei stamped with the Mark of Authenticity labels them as being made with high quality ingredients and bearing traditional flavor and makes for great souvenirs.

    高濃度炭酸泉にゆっくりとつかれる広い湯船がお気に入りです。 ぬるめで、のぼせる危険が少ないのが嬉しいです。 水分補給のための冷水機が、浴室にはありますが、 脱衣所、休憩所、２階の岩盤浴フロアには無いので、 自販機でミネラルウォーターなどのドリンクを買うことになり、 飲みきれないペットボトルを持て余すことになるのが残念です。
