お盆で帰省し利用しました。 夏休み期間ということもあり、家族連れの人たちも多く見られました。 特に朝食会場で、料理や食器不足の日もあったので改善策をお願いします。 大浴場でゆっくりとお湯に浸かり、お部屋でのんびりと過ごせたので、とても満足です。フロントスタッフの方、いつ伺っても丁寧な対応と心配りで迎えて下さいます。いわき周辺でホテルも多くありますが、私は宿泊するなら、こちらのホテル一択です！

The staff is nice, the hotel is good value for money but definitely needs refresh and larger rooms. Huge empty lobby. Location not so great if you are on foot, you need cab if you arrive from station.

JRいわき駅から数分の位置にあり、便利なロケーションです。いつもの東横インですので当たり外れがなく、クオリティは同じなので安心です。フロントの対応も満足できる内容です。難点はエレベーターが１基しかなく、特に朝食時間帯が混雑することです。

部屋や風呂は狭いです。それは仕方ないにしても、掃除が行き届いていない…。部屋の隅に大きな埃が落ちていたり、前の宿泊客のものらしきヒゲが洗面所のあちこちに落ちてたり。風呂の天井が低いなと ふと見上げたら換気扇にビッシリ埃がつまっててゾッとしました。そんな繁忙期でもないのに、こんな手抜きの掃除があるのかと。安くてもこれではもう一度泊まりたいと思いません。

福島駅東口にあるホテル。古めかしいのは外見も中身も。そして部屋は広くない。立地はよく、大浴場もグッド。コスパはそこまで良くない。
