    This is a western sweets shop in Hirasawa, Nikaho City, Akita Prefecture, famed for its Jumbo Cream Puffs loaded with custard cream. The shop showcase is lined with brilliantly colored cakes, and they're happy to make you a special order character cake from your own photo, with two days advance notice. In addition to pastries, they sell a wide selection of handmade breads. It's also conveniently located in front of Nikaho Station.

    シュークリームが有名ですが、調理パンや菓子パンが目当てでよく来店してます。イートインスペースもありますが、持ち帰ったパンをオーブントースターで軽く温めるとバターの香りがして美味しく、良い材料を使っていると思います。カレーパンが一番好きです。

    コージーコーナーといえばケーキ！という方が多いと思いますが、クレープでまいたようなヤツ？100円ぐらいの。あればおすすめです。美味しい。

    手土産を探していたところこちらのお菓子屋さんをみつけたので立ち寄りました。手土産の焼き菓子の他に自分用にバナナクレープとマカロンを買いました。バナナクレープは素朴な甘さの中にしっかりとしたバナナとカスタードクリームが入っていてとても美味しかったです。また近くに来た際には立ち寄りたいなと思いました。

    米粉入りのしっとりとしたバームクーヘンです。オーソドックスなバームクーヘン好きなので、米粉入りはどうかと思いましたが、小麦粉との違いはほとんどありませんでした。重厚な感じなのにヘルシーですね。イートインスペースもあり、クリームをかけたりしてアレンジしたバームクーヘンを楽しめます。 お土産にも喜ばれてます。
