    This teahouse is located next to the main building of Chusonji Temple in Koromonoseki, Hiraizumi, Hiraizumi Town, Nishiiwai County. It was donated by the entrepreneur Konosuke Matsushita (founder of Panasonic) in 1968 and designed by the iemoto (leader) of the UraSenke school of tea ceremony, Master Sen Soshitsu. Visitors to the temple can stop off there for a relaxing cup of matcha green tea and a traditional sweet.

    This sweets store is located in Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture. Right in the middle of the sightseeing spot Genbi Gorge, you can eat dango dumplings while enjoying the superb view. Their famous kakko dango dumplings are made in three flavors: mitarashi (sweet soy sauce), sesame and anko (red bean paste). In addition, you can make orders from the cliff opposite the store, and since the dumplings are transported across in a basket, they have become known as flying dango.
