This restaurant is located 21 kilometers, or approximately a 40-minute drivefrom Morioka Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, via Prefectural Route 212. The family-run homelypizza restaurant is characterized by its log house appearance in the middle of the great outdoors. Inside the Finnish log house is a healing atmosphere with the warmth of the wood running through the whole restaurant. The restaurant's authentic pizza is baked at a high temperature in a stone kiln, and is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There is also a spring-limited Bakke (butterbur) pizza, as well as a wild vegetables pizza and bamboo shoots boiled in a large cauldron, which are also very popular. The restaurant's classic kamagura gratin, cooked in the stone kiln, is also highly recommended.
