    This western-styled restaurant located in Kowa Town, Nemuro City, Hokkaido, is a long-established restaurant which continues to use the original escalope recipe, local to Nemuro. Escalope is a large, hearty dish of butter rice topped with a breaded pork cutlet and demi-glace sauce with a salad on the side. Because it is a nutritious dish that can be eaten relatively quickly the recipe is said to have established itself in the town of fishermen. The restaurant has a western feel about it around town and other popular dishes include their Oriental Rice, a dry curry topped with steak and demi-glace sauce.
