    "A two-minute drive from Nakashibetsu Airport. This cafe and light meal restaurant is located in a town with more cows than people that is known as one of Hokkaido's leading dairy production areas. The establishment's name means ""a shop or workshop which makes dairy products"" in French. The establishment sells a wide selection of dairy products made with safe, healthy, and fresh milk. The establishment's drinkable yogurt, made with choice fresh, raw milk and carefully selected lactic acid bacteria, is particularly popular. Inside, customers can enjoy around seven to eight light meals such as hot dogs and imo mochi potato cakes, as well as gelato and soft serve ice cream."

    あわよくば軽食をと思っていたのですが、喫茶は中止されていました。コロナの影響でしょう、きっと。ジェラート類のほか、ヨーグルトやチーズの販売のみでした。個人的にはヨーグルトがお勧めで、土産に発送しました。お店でセット化しているパターンはいくつかありますが、箱に収まる組み合わせであれば、それ以外の組み合わせでも注文可能です。

    魚定食を頼みましたが、サイドメニューが多くボリューム満点でした。サンドイッチなどの軽食もありメニューは豊富だと思います。
