見た目は悪いけど…自分で打った三立て蕎麦は最高！蕎麦の上に山葵を乗せて食べるのいいですねー凄く美味しかったので、お蕎麦をおかわりしたかった…定食も良いですが、お蕎麦1.5倍コースとかもあると嬉しいですね♪山葵も大盛りで^_^

もともと興味があった所旅先でこちらを見つけました。事前に予約して行ったのでスムーズに入れました。臼にてそばの実を挽き繋ぎ粉水を混ぜてこねます。そして打ち粉をしながらかっこよく麺棒にて薄く伸ばしていきます。最後は専用の包丁で細く切ったら出来上がりです。全て初めから教えて貰えるので我々の様な初心者でも出来ました。茹でていただいた蕎麦は下のお店でいただけます。とても...

ソバ粉を挽くところからはじまり、捏ねて伸ばして、切る。捏ねすぎも伸ばし過ぎもだめで結構難しかったです。包丁は右利き用のため、左利きの方はスタッフさんに予め申出て、包丁を替えて貰った方が切り易いです。最後に併設された食事処で自分の打った蕎麦が天せいろになって出てきます。ランチには丁度良い量で味もいいです。
