Customers can see Mt. Myoko, Mt. Kurohime, Mt. Madarao and Lake Nojiri from inside the restaurant which serves thin, chewy, 20/80 flour/buckwheat flour ratio soba noodles using local Kirishita soba flour. The special dipping sauce is a unique combination of the mild taste of Kansai sauce and the strong taste of Kanto sauce and the balance of flavouring with the noodles is perfect. It is around 5 minutes by car from Shinano-machi Interchange on the Joshin-etsu Expressway.

今まで色々な蕎麦屋さんで、お蕎麦を食べてきましたが、ここのお蕎麦が一番美味しく気に入ってます。夏に黒姫高原で、うえだのお蕎麦を食べることが、すっから私の家族の楽しみになってます。蕎麦だけでなく、蕎麦湯と一緒に飲む出汁も格別に美味しいです！

信濃町インターを出て道の駅で近所のそば処を調査開始！パンフを基に「うえだ」へ到着、蕎麦屋で頼む定番の天ぷら＆せいろを注文！地山菜？の天ぷらがとても「おいしい」蕎麦もおいしい！その後、高山へ移動し再度人気店の蕎麦屋へ？？？「ちょっといまいち？」「うえだ」の蕎麦の直後でもあり比較対象にはなりませんでした。それだけ「うえだ」は価値ありと思いました。今年も「行きたい！」けれども次回予定の旅行の...

GW中盤の平日に訪問。お蕎麦と天丼のセットを注文。お蕎麦は細めの麺で、喉ごしすっきり。夏の季節で食べるのは最高じゃないかなと。サクッと揚がった天丼は甘めのタレでいただくスタイル。また機会があれば行きたいです。
