From the deck of the boat visitors can view the coastal scenery of the island. Boats include the whale-style boat ""Cetus"" and others with names like ""Dolphin"" and ""Misuzu"". The cruise takes about one hour and 30 minutes."

Starting from the Hagi Castle ruins adjacent Shigetsu Bridge, the 40-minute-round-trip cruise offers a view of Tokiwa Island, the Hashimoto River, the samurai houses of the Horiuchi and Heian Koden districts. This cruise offers a glimpse of sights you can't usually see from land, making it quite popular.
