    A long-established bakery well known in Kure and founded in 1936. The striking building painted in a melon color is located in Hondori, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Their famous melonpan is a rugby ball shaped cake filled with the bakery’s specially made cream. Customers have been drawn to the taste, size, soft and fluffy texture, unchanged since the shop first opened and more often than not it’ll be sold out early in the day. The shop also sells many other kinds of bread and cakes like their heiwapan with castella sponge and strawberry jam.

    呉で有名なパン屋さんと紹介され行きました。何となく懐かしい味でコスパも良くお勧めですが、残念なのは、日曜日が定休日です。

    西条駅構内、改札口フロアと同じ階にある便利な店舗でした。今回は軽食用に持帰りとしたのですが、店内奥にはイートインスペースも完備されておりカフェ利用も想定されていました。駅周辺に適当なカフェが見当たらず、一寸休憩するにも便利そうでした。

    山陽自動車道小谷サービスエリアには、ベーカリーショップアンデルセンが大規模な感じで有ります。朝7時からオープンしているので、朝食用に焼きたてのパンを購入するのもいいですね。

    平日１２前に来店しました。 このサイトで調べたら１０年ぶりでした。 １２時前なのに広い駐車場はほぼ満車、人気の高さを感じさせられます。 パンの種類も半端なく多いし、値段もそこそこお安く設定されている。 外や中で食べられるのは昔と一緒です。 飲み物も１００円とお安く設定されてます。

    住宅街にあるのでわかりにくいですが、自家製培養酵母のパンが並びます ハード系のパンがメインですが、全粒粉などこだわったパンが多く、食パンだけでなくおかず系のパンもあり、甘いパンも少し。 数が少ないので、午前中に行かないと選べないかも 火曜日水曜日とお休みですが、不定休なとこもあるので電話で確認した方が良いかも

    呉市のJR呉駅の１階にあります。アンデルセンは広島では有名なパン屋さんですが、その店内で買ったパンを食べることができます。あまりスペースは広くはないですが、パンの味は間違いありません。

There is more than meets the eye awaiting any Hiroshima-bound traveler.
