    Located near Izumo Taisha-mae Station on the Ichibata Electric Railway's Taisha Line, this coffee shop boasts a strong following among locals. The restaurant serves Izumo soba (buckwheat noodles), a specialty of Izumo, zenzai (sweet red bean soup) made with azuki beans freshly cooked every morning and savory baked rice cake, and Kansai-style okonomiyaki.

    参拝後、一畑電車に乗ろうと駅近辺まで移動。食事に名物出雲そばをと思いこの店に入り、割子そばを注文。三段重ねの割子にそばが小分けされており、上から出汁と薬味をかけ順に食べていく独特のスタイル。そばの香りも良く、美味しくいただきました。

    A sweet shop with a cute exterior and a red awning. Located about three minutes by car from Unshu-Hirata Station, they sell fresh cakes and pastries packed with local ingredients. Their signature Nama Roll is made with high quality whipped cream wrapped in soft, airy dough. Seasonal sandwich versions are also available for limited periods with strawberry in winter and peach in summer. Their spectacular Sosaku Roll is made with seasonal fruit and there's a different version available daily. They also sell made to order cakes that are perfect for birthdays and weddings.
