It is a part of the naturally-rich Hashimoto Municipal Sports Park, which is surrounded by mountains and forests. The facility is equipped with three types of pools: an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 162 meter-long lazy river, and a children's pool featuring a frog water slide and a jungle-inspired simulated stone bridge complete with waterfalls. The lazy river is the most popular of the three pools. Each of the pools is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.

This is located a five-minute walk from Nirigahama Station on the Nankai Kada Line. This outdoor pool is located in Kasei Park, the westernmost of the five green parks which make up the Kasei Kansho Ryokuchi. Open during the summer holidays, the entry fee is reasonable and many families with children come here to swim. In addition to a 25 meter pool, there is a shallow toddler pool with a cute, whale-shaped slide, ensuring that small children can have fun here, as well.
