This facility is a 15-minute walk from the JR Kobe Line's Nishinomiya Station on historic Sakagura-dori Street. Visitors can join in tastings of freshly brewed unprocessed sake and dine on seasonal Japanese fare. The restaurant serves full-fledged kaiseki banquet cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients and is also available for parties and banquets. The facility has a specialty shop and a glassware studio too, with items that are available nowhere else. The glassware studio holds hands-on workshops like glassblowing and sandblasting that the staff help make an experience to remember.

The area is about 3 minutes on foot from the Nishi-Namba stop and about 5 minutes from Deyashiki Station. 1 km long green along the Yomogi River near Yomogi River Park is home to a plum grove, a rose garden, and every spring, cherry blossoms are in full bloom along both banks of the Yomogi River, and the sight of about 1000 flowers in full bloom like a tunnel is popular and attracts many cherry blossom viewers. The rose garden has about 640 roses of about 30 varieties, making it a great place to enjoy the changing scenery of the four seasons.

Hyogo Areas

around-area-map

Hyogo prefecture stretches from the north coast to the south coast on the western end of the popular Kansai region, encompassing verdant mountains, urban beaches, and fantastic historical sights. The prefecture’s main attractions lie along the south coast at Kobe, the prefectural capital, a pretty harbor city best known for its production of the renowned Kobe beef, and Himeji, the home of Himeji Castle, one of the country’s most beautifully preserved feudal castles, perched magically atop a hill.
