    "A tonkotsu pork bone ramen chain restaurant situated along National Route 175 south of the Tamatsu Interchange on the Daini-Shinmei Road. The restaurant's broth is rich yet leaves a clear aftertaste and maximizes the innate, creamy flavor of the pork bones used to make it. Customers can choose the amount of flavorful, broth-infused back fat added to their bowl by choosing between four different levels. The most popular item on the menu is the ""Ajitama Ramen,"" which is topped with a runny, soft-boiled egg marinated in a special sauce; the perfectly seasoned egg white and rich, gooey egg yolk really bring out the flavor of the broth."

    This ramen shop is close to Kobe City’s Sannomiya Station. Their most famous dish—“asari ramen”—is packed with the umami taste of clams and spinach noodles. The shop has an open atmosphere so you can go there alone, and they will lend an ear to requests regarding volume or amount of vegetables, etc.

    ボリューム満点のラーメン屋さん。ライブの帰りに寄りました。遅くまで営業しているのでとっても便利です。ワンタンメンを注文しました。あっさりとしたスープでペロッと食べれちゃいました。

    麺の硬さ、ねぎの量、背油の量が選べるのがいいですね。 とても美味しくて、結構人が多くて、並ぶこともあります。 値段も安いし、お勧めです。
