カウンターで招ばれたが、ご主人が素材探しから始まり、上手く調理する仕方を常に勉強しているのが手に取るよう伝わってくる。 赤身とトロのマグロは味付け、見た目共に今までで一番かもと思えるものだった。 また、伊勢海老や白子も焼き加減が香ばしく、これも絶品であった。 そう言うスポット的な一品はあるが、全体的な満足感が今ひとつなのは何故か。 ミッシュランには今ひとつ足りずと言う勝手な評価をしてしまった。

カウンターで酒を飲みながら焼き鳥を一串一串味わうのがいいですね。オーソドックスなもも串が美味しいです。テーブル席よりも店長が目の前で炎と戦っているカウンター席がいいですね。30名ほどの団体さんでも対応できるようです。
