    This restaurant is in Kamigyo Ward, Kyoto City. Tsuyu-shabu is a dish consisting of Japanese tsuyu broth with steam moistened, thin-sliced meat, white scallions, and yuzu (citron) chili. They use Omi Beef, one of Japan's big three brands. They prepare their cuisine with induction cookers, so guests dine in comfort even during the summer. Apart from tsuyu-shabu, you can also enjoy elegant kaiseki course cuisine with seasonal ingredients.
