Freminar primarily uses ingredients from Koiwai Farm and Iwate Prefecture, such as the Koiwai Farm eggs shipped fresh each day to make omelets and carbonara sauce, as well as beef raised and managed consistently from calves used for beef stews and hamburg steaks. For lunch, in addition to low-carb options, Freminar offers weekly specials prepared with ingredients available at that time.

新幹線に乗車する前に軽く夕食をいただこうと思い寄らせていただきました。テーブルチャージを徴収する割に狭い囲われた場所に案内され他の２組と同じ空間での食事。このご時世、完全なる密状態。しかも「注文はQRコードからお願いします」ですがWi-Fiの状態が悪いので注文できず。結局口頭での注文。ご高齢のお客様にはこの注文方法はどうなんでしょう？味はまあまあでした。
