    At Kirasse Main Store, the Utsunomiya Gyoza dumpling theme park, visitors can enjoy the taste of dumplings from five stores at any time, as well as a variety of gyoza from 33 different stores, changing daily. It is recommended for those who want to try dumplings from various restaurants. There is a large selection of many gyoza from each restaurant sold frozen in the souvenir section to be enjoyed at home. Visitors can experience making gyoza with a reservation. It is only an eight minute walk from Tobu Utsunomiya Station on the Tobu Utsunomiya Line.

    初めて宇都宮餃子を食べるので、お店選びに迷いました。好きな作家さんが『来らっせ』で食べていたのを思い出し、最初はここでと来てみました。常設店舗コーナーがお勧めのようでそちらに入店。「宇都宮みんみん」がお気に入り。友人は「さつき」と１皿６個ずつなのでシェアしながらいろいろなお店の味を楽しめるのが良いですね。お気に入りのお店の冷凍餃子をお土産で買えます。

    宇都宮を代表する餃子店みんみん、正嗣のすぐ近くにある。 みんみん、正嗣は、行列がいっぱい出来ているが、こっちはない。 しかし、この店の大きめの餃子を食べたら美味かった。 噛むと、旨味のある肉汁が出て来る。 宇都宮の餃子の老舗は、有名でも平凡な味の所が幾つかある。 それらなら、ここの方が魅力がある。

    This gyoza pot sticker restaurant has been in business for over 50 years. A 10-minute walk from Tobu-Utsunomiya Station, the restaurant can be identified by its red sign and serves gyoza which are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The vegetables used to make its gyoza fillings are all domestically grown. The gyoza skin's, on the thick side and fried in sesame oil, have a distinctive crunch. The restaurant's boiled gyoza, which can be enjoyed with soy sauce, vinegar, or rayu chili oil as you prefer, have a chewy texture the establishment takes great pride in. The restaurant's fried gyoza, cooked in an original, sesame-based oil blend, have a distinctive texture; try eating them like an Utsunomiya native with just some rock salt.

    日曜日の開店15分前に並び始め約1時間後にお店に入ることができました。メニューは餃子のみで、私は焼き餃子よりも水餃子が特に美味しかったと思います。お店のスタッフは丁寧に接客されていました。

    餃子をがっつりいただくつもりで入店したのに、ランチでうかがったので、ついついお得なランチを注文してしまいました。 天津飯がついたものにしたのですが、これが思いの外美味しかったです！ ラーメンは普通かな。

    宇都宮らしく、色んな店の餃子が買える。 宇都宮からの帰りがけ、土産に餃子を買いたい人には、とても役に立つ。 でも、来らっせの本店は、その場で餃子が味わえるが、ここはダメ。 その辺が物足りない。

    Aogen, founded in 1625, is a long-established shop that has been in operation for 380 years and produces miso locally for local consumption. The Aogen special miso sauce accompanying the dumplings made of mainly vegetable brings out the sweetness of the meat and goes perfectly with the dumplings. Visitors can eat in the Paseo shop as well as enjoy a takeout or delivery service. The restaurant is conveniently located in the JR Utsunomiya Station building.

    団体で行ってバスの運転手がわかってくれたから入れたが、マイカーではナビがなければいけないところにあります。隠居さんが自分のために建てた家をレストランにしたものでびっくりしました。「杉並木御膳」というのを食べたが、なにせ宇都宮餃子を初めて食べたので驚きでした。こんな店が札幌にあっても面白いと思いました。
