It was established in 1986 with the theme: ""putting herbs to use in everyday contemporary life."" The garden educates visitors about the wonderful bounty of nature, including creating gardens, raising herbs, herbs and the products made from them, and how to use and enjoy these products. Fukushima Yama-gun Kitashiobara Mura Hibara Asahata Sawa 1034-19

A historical museum housed in the former Kendan Yashiki, which was built during the Edo Period (1615-1868), rebuilt after the eruption of Mt. Bandai in 1888, and then moved to its present site and remodeled. Its purpose is to present the role played by the Aizu-Yonezawa Highway and the lives of the people who used it and lived alongside it. Exhibits of documents, artifacts, and old photographs outline the story of the former Yonezawa Highway and the woodworkers, mines, and ceremonies associated with it. In addition, there is a diorama of the ruins of the former Hibarajuku, which sank into Lake Hibara after the explosion of Mt. Bandai, and pottery excavated from the bottom of the lake. This facility allows visitors to remember the lifestyles of the earlier inhabitants of the lake area.

This is a well-established ski resort in the Inawashiro Town part of Fukushima Prefecture’s Yama-gun with a wider area than surrounding resorts. The resort is separated into the “Ina Chu EASY Area” open to everyone with courses aimed for kids beginners and seasoned professionals and the “Minero CRAZY Area” with courses aimed at intermediate level and above where one can feel the exhilaration of jumping towards Lake Inawashiro. There are also kids ski/snowboard classes for beginners and first-timers.

猪苗代スキー場は素晴らしい戦略企画をしているスキー場！平日リフト無料で行ってきましたが、ままスキー人口が集まっていて人気があります。ゲレンデも結構横に広くて滑りがいがあり飽きないですね。滑っている時の動画撮影、ワックストンネルなども現在無料で来客がまた来たくなる仕掛けが沢山あります！スキーレベルは、オールラウンドに対応しているゲレンデ。比較的中級者が楽しめると思います。
