    A large shopping mall attached to Morisekinoshita Station on the Sendai Airport Access Line. The three-story building houses over 200 specialty stores and amusement facilities. With direct covered access from the second floor to the Morisekinoshita Station the mall is known for enjoyable stress-free shopping. With a post office, nursery school, dentist clinic and child rearing support facilities the mall is a place for a ride range of local residents to gather, interact, and have an enjoyable time.

    A supermarket in Akiu closely tied to the local community. Ohagi sweet rice balls and ready-to-eat side dishes alone make up half of the store's annual sales. The ready-to-eat corner is filled with the store's renowned Akiu ohagi and around 5,000 of these popular, tasty treats are sold on a given weekday. The store also boasts a record of 25,000 ohagi sold in a single day. The store sells standard anko sweet bean, kinako toasted soybean flour, and sesame seed ohagi in packages of varying number. In addition, from October to May, the store also sells unusual natto fermented soybean ohagi.

    Its very local, you can buy home made dishes and local fresh vegetables with quite reasonable price. Please try Ohagi, if you like :)
