    Five minutes by car from Shin-Hanamaki Station. A restaurant located along the parking lot for the Miyazawa Kenji Memorial Museum. Modeled after the “Restaurant of Many Orders” appearing in Miyazawa’s fairy tales, diners can enjoy a meal while feeling like they are in the world of Miyazawa’s stories. Popular menu items include hearty Ihatov set meal, which comes with kakuni stewed cubes of Hakkin pork and seasonal tempura; as well as the Yamaneko suiton set—suiton, a soup with flour dumplings, is a local Hanamaki dish. Visitors can also purchase original merchandise themed after the works of Miyazawa, making the restaurant a must-visit for fans of the author.

    なかなか宮沢賢治の世界を分かり易く体験できる施設が少ない中、ここは、注文の多い料理店の物語の世界が体験できる場所でした。建物、入口の掲示など、忠実に作られており、良い出来映えです。 店内の半分は、お土産コーナーなので、レストランの利用がなくても、山猫軒の魅力の一部に触れる事が出来ます。 お土産をゲットしに、気軽に立ち寄ってみてください。

    宮沢賢治記念館から車で10分ほどでしょうか。小さなたたずまいのレストランです。駐車場も小さく止めにくかったです。ミートソーススパゲティを注文。なかなか盛りが良かったです。パスタは柔らかめの茹で加減です。味はいたって普通でしょうか。水をこまめについでくれます。

    日本初の冷凍和菓子を開発した芽吹き屋さんの直営店です。和菓子店舗に併設しレストランがあります。芽吹き屋開発の稗（ヒエ）麺は癖が無く和洋中何れの味付けにも万能です。福岡秋月にある葛粉の老舗高木久助の葛を使った葛きりは、十代高木久助直伝の味です。ゆったりとした空間と窓から広がる緑地の風景も最高です。

    花巻にある、地元の可愛いレトロなお店って感じです。ハンバーグとかナポリタンとか美味しい洋食が安く食べられます。昔ながらの雰囲気で良いです。日曜日にいきましたが、賑わっていたので、20分くらい並びました。
