    This popular ramen shop is located in Teshikaga at the mountain foot of Lake Mashu. The soup is made by stewing the rich subterranean water of Lake Mashu for a long time, and has a deep flavor that keeps the traditional preparation methods alive. The soup is boiled over a long period of time over low heat, a process passed down from the time when wood stoves were still used, which brings out the savoriness of the pork bones. The ramen combines a seafood soup with fragrant soy sauce and rich miso, and has long been loved by both locals and tourists. The Soy Sauce enriched with seafood, made from numerous types of seafood and vegetables, could not be made without ingredients from Hokkaido. It has also been acknowledged by the Shoyu Meisho (soy sauce master) held by the information center.

    This ramen shop is in the Aeon Kushiro shopping center, about a 30-minute drive from Kushiro Airport. You can sit down for a bowl of carefully crafted Kushiro ramen made with extra thin noodles, perhaps the thinnest in Kushiro, amid the sounds of jazz music. This shop's real draw is the specially made char siu pork, under the Shukoen brand. The meat is so tender it can be broken with chopsticks and has a crisp, soy sauce based flavor. The windows and lights came from a real ship for an old cafe atmosphere, which is a draw for even women dining alone.

    地元のひとが言う評判の良い店ということで訪問しました。 味噌ラーメンは札幌の有名店を模したようで、札幌のそれとは異なり、コレというオリジナリティーもなく、自分には美味しいと思われませんでした。 風味やコクもなくラードが強くて、総じてなんか雑。 釧路では店舗の少ない札幌風ラーメンですので、地元のひとにとっては新鮮で、そういう意味で評判なのは理解しました。

    こちらのお店は20年振りくらいの訪問です。前回(オープン当初)は角煮がのっていたのですが、今はチャーシューがのっています。チャーシューは噂通りでおいしいのですが、油が苦手な私としては油控えめでもまだ多いかなと。家族は喜んで食べていましたので好みですね。あっさりとんこつの朝ラーもあるとのことなので、次回はそちらも食べてみたいです。

    家族みんなが大好きで月に1-2回程度通っています。 入口で食券を買って入店。小上がりが3席、カウンター席は15席くらいあると思います。お客さんは満席ではないですが、いつもそこそこ入っています。 ラーメンは釧路風と豚骨があり、私はいつも豚骨醤油をいただきます。チャーシューも「ロース」「バラ」「ミックス」から選べます。 また、チャーハンも最高に美味しくて、お腹が一杯でも、つい頼んでしまいます。

    愛楽亭は、釧路市益浦の住宅街にある食堂です。ラーメンが売りの食堂のようです。 いただいたのは、塩ラーメン。うまみある塩味のスープは、それだけでもあっさりしていて十分においしいんですが、薬味としてついてきたおろし生姜を加えると、さらにさっぱり感が出て、生姜の風味がおいしい塩ラーメンになるんです。おろし生姜、いいですね。
