The eight floor building consists of shopping between floors one and three and the Yamagata City Central Community Center from floors four through eight. The shopping area primarily consists of stores selling women's clothing and other apparel as well as all sorts of life necessities and niceties, from jewelry to glasses and bags. The Yamagata Geibun Museum is also located on floor 2 and sells and holds exhibitions of works of art by local artists. Community center facilities include a library, performance hall, and gallery.
