此餐館創業於1942年，料理及壽司所使用的海鮮是由津居山漁港直接進貨，新鮮度非凡而廣受歡迎。除了可享用日本海的新鮮海產，如日本叉牙魚、喉黒魚等之外，冬季還有鮮甜美味的一級松葉蟹全套套餐。此外，使用但馬牛稀少部位「三筋肉(牛肩胛骨下方的肉)」製作的飯糰也是絕品美味。蟹肉散壽司(冬季限定)與星鰻棒壽司可供外帶，有不少客人會前來購買，用以取代車站便當。
