ORIZURU是一处开设于1942年的人气餐厅，店内制作料理和寿司所用的海鲜均是从津居山渔港直接采购的，新鲜度超群。在这里，不仅可以全年尽享日本叉牙鱼和喉黒鱼等产自日本海的新鲜海鲜，还能在冬季品尝到肥美的顶级松叶蟹西式全餐。此外，使用但马牛的稀有部位“牛三角肩肉”制成的手握饭团同样堪称绝品。还有可外带的螃蟹散寿司(冬季限定)和海鳗寿司，吸引了许多顾客买来作为车站便当。
