  Choose the set menu with free top up drinks (Beers, Wines, Cocktails, Soft drinks and so on) within 2 hours and have sky view of Sapporo city. Nice!

  Lovely bar at the top of the ANA Crowne Plaza in Sapporo. Didnt open till 6! but that seems typical for the area. Nice view of Sapporo (such as it is) and pretty good Scotch selection. On the pricey...
