"Furaibo, which opened in Nagoya in 1963 (Showa 38), came up with the idea of adding sauce to chicken wings after an ordering error, and created the Nagoya specialty, tebasaki (chicken wings). The restaurant uses a secret aged sauce and has opened stores throughout Japan, but instead of franchising, it has introduced a ""goodwill sharing"" system, allowing each store to take advantage of its own unique characteristics."

We were staying one night at the Best Western so looked for somewhere to eat nearby. I had read about Furaibo on Trip Advisor and saw it was only 50 metres from our hotel. It was hard to find...

Wings are what they’re known for. Yes it’s a must try and well as other dishes. Everything was a home run!! I recommend this place is you’re in the area. Reasonable. Great service.
