Ramen Mutsumi
This ramen shop located on National Route 17, popular for its ramen and tsukemen (dipping ramen), was founded by a former employee of the Dosanko Ramen chain. The restaurant's many seating options include counter seating, table seating, and traditional tatami floor seating, making it a good place for families to relax. Their most popular item is their buttered and salted asari clam ramen. The blend of pork bone broth and asari clam-based stock give the ramen an elegant flavor, while the generous portion of big, chewy asari clams makes it nice and filling. We also recommend their spicy miso-flavored chilled tsukemen, which feature a viscous, slightly spicy and richly miso-flavored dipping broth, which is somewhat unusual for tsukemen.

- ここの醤油ラーメンは色が濃く見えますが、見た目と違いさっぱりしています。スープの中には生姜が入っていて隠し味になっています。塩あさりラーメンもアサリが多く入っていて、あさりのエキスも堪能でき、美味しいです。
