The restaurant offers a wonderful bowl of noodles made from carefully selected produce and cooking process, based on the orthodox Hokkaido Sapporo Ramen concept. Their popular “Miso ramen” made with soup stock of locally grown pork and roasted garlic and miso has a rich and sweet taste. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday until early in the morning and is used by many local customers for the last dish of the night.
