They offer miso ramen made with care in a building across from the Hokkaido Television Broadcasting studio. Their popular Awase Miso Ramen mixes hearty white miso with clean red miso in a delicate harmony. The rich soup matches perfectly with medium-thick noodles and massive char siu pork slices, which cover fully 1/3 of the bowl's surface. Under that char siu the noodles are topped with sauteed carrots, chives, and beansprouts. People come from all over for a taste of just how great mixed miso can be.
