This Hida beef specialty store is in Hida Takayama, a town that conveys the atmosphere of the old capitol to the present. You can eat shabu-shabu, sukiyaki and steak made from soft Hida beef that melts in your mouth. 飛騨牛ステーキを堪能しました

ある団体旅行の昼食で行きました。特製の鉄板にステーキ肉の牛脂でまんべんなく脂をひき、ステーキ肉や野菜を焼きます。先ずビールで乾杯、ステーキ肉を頂きます。柔らかく美味しい肉です。通常メニューは１２０ｇですが、お店の好意で１５０ｇ以上あるそうです。ビールもお肉もすすみ、満腹でした。
