A yoshoku Japanese-style Western cuisine restaurant located in 1 Chome, Uchikanda, Chiyoda City. The restaurant won fame at its original location in Jimbo-cho before moving to the Kanda area. In addition to its renowned battered, deep-fried shrimp, the restaurant serves hamburg steaks and other yoshoku standards incorporating French techniques, as well as an abundant selection of wines.
