    福山駅から直ぐ近くの場所で、駅利用者からすれば便利な立地と云えそうでした。岡山地盤の百貨店ですが、地元に根差して営業しているようでしたが、訪問した平日午后の時間帯は閑散とした店内で、郊外型のショッピングモールに太刀打ちするのは厳しそうに感じました。
