    末広温泉町エリアにあるホルモンそば店。 緊張しながら入店。鉄板前のカウンターに先客に席を積めていただき着席。瓶ビールと〆の品を注文。 女将さんが、手際良くホルモンを炒め太麺を乗せ、とろみのある味噌ダレを回しかけ数分で仕上がり香りが広がる。 麺に甘い脂身とタレが絶妙に絡み美味しい逸品。おすすめです！
