    "A French restaurant operating out of the Old Nishio Family Residence, a Prefectural Tangible Cultural Property-designated palatial estate located a five-minute taxi ride from JR Suma Station. Sitting in a historic reception hall once used by the high society of Kobe, diners can enjoy classic as well as modern Kobe French cuisine. The ""Dejeuner A,"" a half course lunch that is just a little extravagant while also being reasonably priced, is particularly popular. The ""Menu Luxe"" dinner course shows off the talents of the restaurant's head chef; featuring a Japanese beef tenderloin main dish, its perfect for an anniversary or other important event. The restaurant also offers seasonal dishes as well."

    This is a French restaurant in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, in a Western-style building originally constructed in 1908 to be the residence of French trader Graciani. The ingredients are carefully selected for quality, from the vegetables coming direct from a local contract farm to the international seasonal foodstuffs. The tasty “Sensual Sauce” brings forth the wonderful flavors of the raw ingredients and puts a creative spin on French cuisine. The building, designated an Important Cultural Property of Japan, has distinct styles on the first and second floors, and a charmingly relaxed atmosphere. Popular dishes on the menu include the kyukyoryuchi (former foreign residence) beef stew made with caramelized onions and fresh pasta, and the colonial tea set with a selection of seasonal hors d’oeuvre and cakes. It’s worth noting that the colonial tea set is only available at certain times and in certain quantities. Easily accessible from Sannomiya Station and Motomachi Station.

    GoToトラベルの2食付きプランでの利用です。 同じホテルにある有名な朝食とは別ののレストランで、味がちょっと濃い目。水はグラスが用意されているだけで有料のミネラルウォーターしかないので、お口直しにボトル1本頼んでおいた方がいいでしょう。 すべてが豪勢な朝食とは対照的にディナーはちょっとがっかりした感じです。

    ランチに行ってみた！ 落ち着いた雰囲気ですが、そこまで緊張する感じではない。若いカップルも来ている。 カラフルで見た目に楽しめるお料理にときめく。 凝った演出のデザートがあったり。最初から最後まで楽しませてくれた！
