観光客だけではなかなか行けないかと思いますが、地元の友達とその城址と一緒だったので、予約してもらい、長野の地元の料理を満喫できました。お酒が竹筒に入っていて、なかなか趣がありました。特に奥の座敷は隠れ家的で良かったです。

ここは、抜群にうまい店。「りんごで育った信州牛」というものを初めて食べたが、筋の入り方、やわらかさ、旨み。食べた瞬間に口の中でシュワっと広がるような感覚。どれも飛騨牛や松阪牛にも勝るとも劣らないと思った。そこに至るまでのおもてなしと景観、雰囲気は格別の域。接待など特別なシーンでは重宝したい店。

My 4th Time here. That’s how much we like it. Very good food. Crabs are always fresh. They even sell crab tamale in cans yo go. Located in a mall but separate and not attached to it.

長野にはビズニスで行きました。せっかくの長野ですから、色々調べて行きました。もちろん、おいしいお店を。男一人で入るには度胸がいりましたけど、もう何十年もこのヒデ―面、引っ提げて生きてきた、と思えば,どってことないですね。いやあ、いろんなものが載っているからってこともあるんでしょうが、美味しかったです。また、行きます。

長野市稲田にあるイタリアンレストラン。ランチにはパスタ、ピザを注文するとドリンク、前菜が食べ放題です。店の人も感じがよくて居心地がいい店です。12時ごろにはほぼ満席になります。

長野駅のごく近くですが、ちょっとわかりづらい場所です。記念日で、ロゼのシャンパンで乾杯しました。あわせて注文した鶏白レバーのムースはちみつ添えがとっても美味でした。そのほか、シュークルートなどもみんなおいしかったです。
