    結論から言うと、大満足でした。 まず、基本のセット(2人前〜、6000円くらい)で数種類のお肉がセットになったものを注文して、物足りなければ追加になります。 牛は全て甲州牛で、どの部位も食べたことないくらい柔らかくて美味しかった……。 注文されたタイミングで肉は部位の性質に合わせた薄さに手切りでカットされます。 2人で飲み食いしてシメのご飯ものとビール2杯で1万円をちょっと越すくらいでしょうか...

    甲府に訪れた際には必ずこちらのお店でお肉を買って帰ります。馬刺しと豚肉を購入。馬刺しは青森県産で脂がのっていました。しゃぶしゃぶ用に購入した薄切りの豚肉は、とても柔らかくてふんわりと口の中で溶けるほど。久しぶりに美味しいお肉を頂きました。
